It's a Liger

The coolest thing I have ever seen is a liger, seriously a 900 pound liger. It is a cross betwwen a male lion and a female tiger.

Tired

I had a long day today and I'm really tired. I took my kids on a really long hike through the woods. I probably should have brought my camera with me but I didn't. Lesson learned I think I could have got some really good shots.

Mac on campus

Today the mac on campus guy was at school. Unfortunately he didn't have what I wanted. I need a flash for my camera.

Noticed

I talked to my mother in-law today and she found my blog when she did a search for my name. I thought it was great that now anyone in my family or anyone at all I guess can see my photos on my Flickr account. I am really starting to come around to blogging thing.

Music Video

This is one of my favorite songs of all time, Mungo Jerry in the summertime . I am pretty sure almost everyone has heard this song at some point in time. I just recently saw the video for the first time and wanted to share it with everyone.

Fall Festival

Well the festival I told you about was a bust. The whole thing consisted of about seven tens of old furniture and a barbecue truck. I did not take any pictures at all. I'm sure that there will be more opportunities for more shots in the future.

Spot news

Hopefully I've got what amounts to my first set of spot news. I took these a couple of days ago in front of the school. What had happened was the dump truck hit the red pick-up, then the red pick-up hit the silver SUV. Turns out the driver of the silver SUV was the only driver to have his vehicle towed.

Fall Festival

This week end there is going to be a big Fall Festival in Hoschton Ga. Just thought I would let you all know. It will be a good opportunity to get some features.

Kelly & Cinder

I have to say I am very proud of my Boa constrictor Cinder. Marcee took some great shots of her model Kelly posing with him. He was very cooperative and very calm the whole time, even after the shoot I took him out so he could meet everybody. I love watching the reactions of people as they were walking up the hall and suddenly noticed a big 'ol snake in front of them. Anyway check out the photos at marcee's blog.

Christmas portraits

Today we talked about the Christmas portraits. I am on one of the construction teams and we have to start painting and getting the set ready. The box that we are using is huge. I think that it's going to look great when we are done. You can check the box out at Damian AhChings Blog spot.

I started playing around with my new flickr account tonight. I added a bunch of photos and now I am going to organize them. Take a look, you might like them. These are a couple of pics.

Cinder

Today I brought my snake into school so he could be used in a photo shoot. They turned out really cool. I don't have any of the shots for you to check out but you can see them at Marcee Innes' blog. I can't wait to see every bodies pictures, they just keep getting better.

Low Key Portrait

Yesterday I shot my low key portrait. We had a good time in the studio while we were shooting. I shot Lisa Cave. I thought the shots turned out real good.

Sunday

I went up to Dahlonaga with my family today. As usall we had a great time. The only bad part is that we got skunked fishing. It ended up being a beautiful day.

Sorry Marcee

I was going to be in a shoot foor two of my classmates, then we found out that we are not allowed to use the same person twice. So, I am sorry Marcee. The good news is that I will still be bringing my 7.5 ft. boa in for the shoot

My friends dad

I finally met my friends dad today. I have known him for eight years and just never met his dad. The saying is definitely true like father like son. I watch my son do things all the time that I remember doing at his age. It's just crazy.

Learning new things

I had I very good day at school ( Gwinnett Technical institute) yesterday. I learned a lot about what to say in a blog and how to attach photos from other web sites like Flickr. Now I have to get started on my home work so it might take me a second.

My night

I had spaghetti for dinner and paid my car insurance tonight. I blogged so that was good.

I went to lab this morning and accomplished a lot. Then I finally got my vehicle registration taken care of. Its been a good day so far.

Forgetful

I forgot to blog yesterday. I need to do this more often. I didn't do anything interesting anyway.

Late night

I didn't end up getting home until 0030 hrs. Cause I helped a friend move a bed. I hope they get a good night sleep.

I got to sleep in today. and just did a lot of running around and cleaning.

Thursday

I had a good day today. I learned some new stuff about the computer. I worked on some projects. I tired and I still have more to do tonight.

Dahlonega Sunday

I had a great day Sunday in Dahlonega with my family and friends. We went hiking, fishing, and swimming. We cooked hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire and the dogs got to run around all day. I love getting away from everything even if it is just for the day.

Day at the zoo

I had a really good day today. I spent it with my Family at the zoo. I took about a 1000 pictures but a few of them were really good. I need a lens with a stabilizer or I should have just carried a tripod, but a lot of the shots I took I wouldn't have been able to take with a tripod. My kids had a great time they loved the petting zoo of course. I also met a old biker dude named Kenny he told me there is going to be a biker rally on October 17th starting in Roswell so if anybody feels like carpooling let me know.

my intro to blogging

Today I made my first blog. I never thought that I would start blogging but I think this might be kinda fun. Or at least I will get to read about what is happening in peoples worlds. I don't have anything planned today, so I will be working on a couple of projects for school and my family.
